myLebo - A Virtual Gateway to the Community
Mt. Lebanon residents can access many municipal services through myLebo. To create an account, go to www.mtlebanon.org and click myLebo on the left-hand menu. You will need to enter your name and e-mail address and select a password.
Residents with existing nonemergency LeboALERT accounts can click on myLebo and sign in using their e-mail addresses as user names. They do not need to create an additional account. Once the account is set up, a resident can handle such things as:
- Reporting needed repairs, such as a burned-out streetlight or a pothole
- Requesting municipal tree trimming and tree health check
- Paying for parking tickets (this doesn’t require an account)
- Applying for and paying for permits (building, block party, demo, fence)
Information entered into the system is automatically forwarded to the appropriate department.
