Standing Rules
The president shall be notified of all General Meeting announcements three (3) days prior to a Board Meeting.
The membership listing, including email addresses, is to be used for official Club purposes only.
Extra copies of the Directory may be purchased from the Membership Chair at a cost of $6.00.
All events or programs planned and executed by the Club’s special interest groups shall be for the benefit of members.
A resident guest may not receive the courtesy of the Club more than twice a year.
Houseguests are welcome provided that the current price of the social event is paid.
Unless different rules are designated on the invitation, a Newcomers’ event where family is invited at no charge includes only those family members that live with the member in the same residence, including any college students. Additional family members may come to the event as long as the current price of the social event is paid and there is room for them to attend. The hostess (or the social chair if the event is not at someone’s home) has the right to determine if there is room.
In the event of the death of a Club member, a book will be donated to the Mt. Lebanon Public Library in memory of the deceased member.
All records of the Club, including any interest group votes, records and photos, are to be available to all members upon request.
As a social club whose objective is "the development of the acquaintance and fellowship among new and existing residents and those working in Mt. Lebanon," our members agree to not engage in divisive discussions, including politics, while at club-sponsored events.
